Each unit included 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. several years after the 3 units were built the local telephone company entered into an agreement with the owner to add storage and office space to the building to begin internet services for the community. To our knowledge this unit does not have a construction permit for the residential conversion and includes a window for cross ventilation. This unit has been rented for several years. In documents for this listing there is a City of San Diego Bulletin 242 that contains information about permitting Unpermitted Accessory Dwelling Units that may be of assistance with this matter The owner had a true interest and dedication to using Solar power. Over time he had installed a 5 panel Solar System with battery backup stored in the garage of Unit 1. The seller does not have any detailed information about the Solar system except it services all units and no financial obligations. The configuration of the project is two levels with direct access at the front of each unit. Three of the units had some remodeling over time The most southern first level unit (4) had a bedroom added in 1984 that is now a large Dining Room. From that point the property takes a very steep drop to Coronado Ave and there is natural spring.
